      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi can any one help, feel like I’m going crazy with this one, my tv is connected to the Internet with a cable, Netflix works fine but when I try any other app like Prime or YouTube it’s telling me I’m not connected, if I go to home it also tells me that the Ethernet is not connected. Only been doing this couple of days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mark&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Martin, I went into the settings and before contemplating a factory reset I cleared down all the cache files etc, this then let me set the tv up again without having to download all the apps again. If the time is wrong also will stop android from accessing the internet. If all else fails do a factory reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mark&lt;/P&gt;</description>
