WF-1000XM3 - Left earbud indicator LED?

I'm pretty sure both left and right earbuds indicated when charging and when bluetooth connection was enabled, but am not 100% sure.

Can anyone clarify whether both earbuds have a power/bluetooth red and blue indicator?

My left earbud appears completely dead, though is charging and otherwise working.

Each of the earbuds has an indicator, you can find it denoted as no. 5 in the official Help Guide here: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wf1000xm3/v1/en/contents/TP0002289865.html

Have you tried resetting it to see if this was some sort of glitch?

Thank you for the advice.

I have tried resetting. Running the battery to zero, recharging all to no avail.

They’ve now been sent back to Sony under warranty.
