Sony Cyber shot DSC W555 and my pc

Hello everybody. Im in my lates sixties and in a little trouble. Going round in circles with pc and camera. I had my pc cleaned out but since getting it back, I cannot get the pc to recognise the camera to upload photos. Downloading some Imaging Edge thing and I dont understand it at all. I used to just plug in and upload to my pc.

Thank you for helping me. I ended up getting a card reader and using that to put the pictures onto my pc. Thanks again.
