WH 1000X M3 bluetooth volume too low

My headphones (WH 1000X M3) have been working perfectly fine for the past 5 months. However, the bluetooth volume has gone so low l can barely hear much. When l use the cable connecting headphones to device instead, the volume is perfect. What could be the reason, and how can this be resolved??

I have the same issue with the 1000X model. Did you had the solution?
