Hi,

I purchased a Sony Z5 Compact four months ago. And within the last month I have noticed that with continued use (on email) the device screen lags. I have sent it to the network provider who refreshed the software claiming that nothing was wrong with the device. After a day, the same problem began. It happens up to 15 times a day and the only way I can use the device is by force rebooting the device (i.e. pressing the power and volume ilup buttons simultaneously). Please help. See photos of screen while on and off during charging.

How much emails are saved on your phone? This might be the problem as you have stated...
