Who do I Speak to? - Cracked back, bulged screen

I have a Z3 Compact.

The front panel has lifted off and there several long cracks on the back.

After to speaking to someone in the phone shop, I've been told this is a common fault with this phone (due to a swelling battery?)
And that I should talk to Sony.

I sent Xperia a tweet, they told me to contact Sony via a link that led here.

But the email button on the suppor page doesn't work and all I can find is "turn it on and off again", "reset the device".

Where am I supposed to go? Considering a major feature of this phone is being waterproof, a loose screen and cracked back are pretty critical faults!

Any ideas? (I'm in the UK)
