topic Error Update Failed in Z Series

Error Update Failed

My Z3 downloaded an update earlier today but whilst it was installing it seemed to stop. I now have a screen showing the android robot on his back with an exclamation mark coming out of his chest cavity. If it is plugged in the Z3 does a cycle of showing the android then powering off and back on. I have tried to repair the device using Software Repair option to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will have to repair the phone with XC or contact our Local support

Thanks for the info, it took three attempts a repair to fix it.
