Piece of plastic fell inside the phone

My charger flap has been broken for a while, the flap kept coming out, but since I live in a place where in order to get my phone repaired I'd have to send it off to another town, and I need my phone with me, I was dealing with it. I haven't dropped my phone in water, so I wasn't too worried about it not being waterproof. However, since the flap kept opening, and I was waiting for my vacation so I could send my phone to the repair, I stuck the flap in place with a piece of scotch tape, however the little piece of tape fell inside my phone.

I was wondering if I could wait a few more days, till I finally do send it to repair, or if it's something that could possibly mess my phone up immediatly.

I know it wasn't the best decision, but I was afraid I was going to lose the flap since it kept falling everywhere I went.

you might want to send it soon, since it has adhesive it might damage the phone
