      <title>Sensors are not avaliable "Xperia Z2"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was using an Xperia Z2 for more than a year, but suddenly after 3 weeks of the latest update&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;THE SENSORS STOPPED WORKING&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No Auto-Rotate&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Accelerometer: no reading&lt;BR /&gt;Proximity switch: is always off&lt;BR /&gt;Compass: not avaliable in your device message appears when I test it&lt;BR /&gt;Pressure: no reading&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But sometimes the Proximity sensor and the light one works well then It stops again after an hour I think&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I made service tests and that was the result&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I tried factory reset but nothing seems to be changed&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I tried software repair on PC Companion but It shows Intializing progress freezed and no progress for hours&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you've tested the functions in Diagnostics (Settings &amp;gt; About phone &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Diagnostics) they failed the tests it might be hardware related. To rule that out, try performing a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;. If that doesn't help contact your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;in order to have your device sent to an authorized service center.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I turned it off for 3 hours then the light sensor, Proximity, Pressure and Gyroscope started to work again normally&lt;BR /&gt;but the accelerometer still not working&lt;BR /&gt;*I made a software repair using PC Companion*&lt;/P&gt;</description>
