      <title>Lost mobile data after upgrading to Android 6</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I installed the Android 6 update on my Z5 Compact yesterday, and since that time mobile data is no longer working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I've tried rebooting to no avail&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Internet works fine when wifi is enabled&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Phonecalls work fine, and I have full bars or near-full bars most of the time.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I am connected to the correct provider&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Mobile data is enabled, and the mobile data limit is disabled&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no mobile data icon showing in the top-bar, and chrome is showing I am disconnected ("ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED").&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas on what else I can try to get my phone connected to mobile data again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If u're having also some problems with Network, generally with Mobile Datas-Wifi-BT you can go in Backup &amp;amp; Recovery and u do a RESET to Data Settings &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.sk/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yesterday I got a new Z5 compact and use my old SIM-card from my Z3 compact for the new device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I connected it to my WLAN and made an Upgrade to Android 6. Did not try the mobile internet before this upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But Today I disconnected the device from my WLAN and no mobile connection is working...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Following steps I allready tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Download Internet settings again - download and installation is shown as completed, but no mobile connection is working (reboot done)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Tried to send the SMS for internet settings manual from the provider-side (o2) - I got a SMS with the error message, that my request could not be fullfiled...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. factory reset the device with step 1 and 2 again ... no connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;normal calls works fine, also internet connection over WLAN... the SIM-card and the mobile internet-connection works fine with my old Z3 compact - I tried it just 30 minutes ago&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you help me please? Would be sad, if I have to send the device back... I like the Z5.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After reseting the mobile phone, I did not try the phone-Intern link to download the internet-settings and downloaded the settings via sms (started from the official side of my mobile provider).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Worked fine. No idea, what goes wrong by downloading this settings with the phone-intern link...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hope, this will help others&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Similar issue here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After updating my z3 tablet compact lte, mobile data is simply missing. Device does not ask for PIN upon reboot, and more - Internet settings isn't in the menu. I downloaded an app and tried toggling mobile data off and on, no response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
