Hanging and stack of experia z5

My sony has jam displaying nothing apart from start up display of SONY XPERIA when I switch it on. It take alot of time consuming power on that hanging, after roll it went in a dim clear screen till I switch it of. Sometimes it displays setting sign in a triangle and downscreen. Showing process line. But nothing. It just sleep on adim light that went on like that till battery off.

Hi @DALMORL,

I'm sorry to hear that.

Try charging the phone for an hour or so. Then remove any SIM and SD card before trying to power it on again.

If that doesn't help I suggest that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

Christopher I will try the way you said.because i tried even to press volume +,camera and on buttons but know change. I will comment the results after your practical instructions to my xperia z5.Thanks Manager.

I tried to unlocked the system but it didn't results any change. I realize software repair sony experia companion. Do kalson tower sony branch westlands Nairobi Kenya do software repair?
