Diagnostics tools - incorrect results

Hello dear friends, what's your opinion about this :when I run diagnostics to, I receive failed results in three features (loudspeaker, earphone and gyroscope). These don't work when running tests, but work normally on normal use of the cellphone, like making calls using earphone and loudspeaker, listening to music and playing games that requires gyroscope.

What could be happening?

I just tested in safe mode, still the same, nothing changed. No sound came and gyroscope not working only in diagnostics, but working just fine when in normal use of the phone. All the volume settings are maxed up.

Any other idea? thanks!
