FM RADIO AND HEADSETS INACTIVE.

Yesterday I upgraded my z2 to marshmallow, unfortunately, after the update the FM RADIO and HEADSETS stopped working.
What is the solution that problem?

Does it work on >>> safe mode

settings > apps > FM Radio > clear data > restart the phone (safe mode)

What I think is that this problem is associated with the new update of marshmallow which can be addressed by Sony.

could you elaborate? what happen when you boot on safe mode? does the phone recognize the headphones?

also, repair the phone with XC and report back.

Good evening,

I have tried all methods to boot on safe mode , but nothing is recognised.

Even the headsets are not responding at all.

Am now trying to repair the softwares but our network now is still low.

After repairing, I will give you the feed back.

I have atlast managed to repair my z2,
how ever still it can't recognize the headsets and the FM RADIO doesn't work even when you go to settings =>apps=>FM RADIO , where there is a word DISABLE, it's not highlighted .even if you click on it, it doesn't show any thing .If you try other apps, it can change to ENABLE OR DISABLE.
What to with such a big issue?

I tried to repair through xperia companion, but nothing is working. Even reset to factory settings still nothing changed.

Contact your Local support to get your device inspected @alexdon can you recreate this issue?

Each one separately. FM RADIO APP is disabled. Headsets when plugged in still can't work and are original Sony headsets. I tried the repairs through xperia companion still nothing works.
