1st you don't have to scream (all caps = screaming)

2nd press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds

it hasn't been an hour, are you using the wall charger or the dock? you have to use the regular wall charger

For the past two days my xperia z has been freezing every 10 minutes it freezes and I do the emergency reset and each time I do that the time it takes to freeze shortens im not sure if it is a system problem or the fact that some one hit my phone out my hand and this has caused it

that was really very helpfull pressing power button and volume up will reboot your phone and it unfreezes the frozen screen... thakj you so much, i feel relieved now

Will i loose any data by doing this quick reset = power and volume up button....

i was browsing through my pictures and the screen froze....

If you hard reset(power and volume up button) few times, does it cause any problems to the phone??

Thats great and all, holding the power button and the volume up button but when the phone freezes non-stop there is obviously something more to the issue?

Are there Sony experts on here that can actually give advice to resolving geh issue or is this phone just a piece of crap and I should get a new one?

I run a business and I use my phone for my business and when I have to restart it every 10 minutes or I'm in the middle of a texting conversation that I cannot respond to it becomes a bit of a BS story.
