Low battery or Stamina mode not starts in

I am using Xperia Z3 D6653 on Android 5.1.1 It has a feature for Low battery / Stamina mode to automatically starts at a set Battery level. Eg. 15%, 20%. My problem is, neither of these battery save modes automatically starts at the set battery value. I have not rooted the phone or not using any third party battery related apps.

Could you test it in safe mode? Also keep in mind that this will be triggered 5 minutes after you turn off the screen.

Thanks uliwooly for replying. Yes I waited more than 5 mins after the screen is off. Yes I tried safe mode aswell. But the problem is there in the safe mode aswell.

Yes I have disabled Google Play Music, Google Play Games, Google Play Movies, Google Play News Stand, Hangouts and News & Weather because I dnt need them. Do you think I should enable them and see if the problem is OK?

It didnt even work in the Safe Mode. So I reset the phone and now everythink works fine. Thanks Uliwooly for your kind support.
