    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have an issue with GPS. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It does not work properly. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried any location mode (High precision / Battery Saving / Device) and is unable to travel through the map. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is independent of the browser (Google Maps / Waze / Here Nokia ... with downloaded or online maps). &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After 15 or 20 minutes, GPS gives accurate signals. I s&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;till do not know if it's a oftware or hardware problem. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have been in contact with the Sony support in the chat &lt;A href="http://support.sonymobile.com/es/xperiaz5/contactUs/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://support.sonymobile.com/es/xperiaz5/contactUs/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and they requested me to perform the following operations:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;A href="http://support.sonymobile.com/es/tools/pc-companion/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://support.sonymobile.com/es/tools/pc-companion/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the above would click on Download PC Companion to save it to your computer link, then execute and once opened would select within PC Companion - Start program in the Support Zone. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Once you say that your mobile is already updated you will need to choose the Repair option to solve your problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To avoid interference from other software, disable antivirus and firewall you have installed on your Windows computer prior to upgrading with PC Companion.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please note that the information stored in the internal memory of the terminal may be deleted, so we recommend that you back up your data on the SIM card, SD card, PC, or any other third party application before upgrading &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. "&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I performed it twice, after that I have put in contact with them and, all the solution they provided me is asking me to send them the mobile. I am not sure if it is covered by the warranty. What do you suggest?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Eventually I sent the mobile to the local support... 1 week ago... no news from Mordor, I don't know if the device is &lt;SPAN class="short_text"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;covered&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;by warranty&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;... I'm afraid I have to wait some weeks to &lt;SPAN class="short_text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;clear up questions.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No news? @lorenthor&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Planning on upgrading my Z5 to Marshmallow today, and crossing fingers there is no further ocurrence of GPS issues on the new release. I'll be creating a new thread with findings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
