just press and Power & volume up for 5 seconds, make sure that you are not pressing any other key/volume down

Whilst the phone is on, I have done this and the phone shuts down. I hold just power on for a normal restart and still my apps are missing. Still stuck on safe mode

Just follow my suggestions

Press and Hold POWER & VOLUME UP at the SAME TIME for 5 seconds until the phone vibrate.

I said I have already done as u suggested. after I Press and Hold POWER & VOLUME UP at the SAME TIME for 5 seconds until the phone vibrate, the.phone shuts down. I hold the power button for phone to start. And still the phone is in safe mode -__-

Is there anything holding/pressing the volume down key? do you have a protective case? if you do, remove it and try again

There is nothing blocking the volume down key, I only had screen protector. I took that off and retried as u suggested but still no joy.I will keep trying, I dont want to have to wipe my phone and start again as I spent so long setting it up.:-(

How long do you press the power button? do you press it only until the phone vibrates or do you keep pressing/holding it?

The phone is no longer showing the 'safe mode' message on the bottom left of the screen, however all my apps which I configured are still missing on the home screen.

To answer Ur question, I only hold the power and volume up keys till the phone vibrates. The phone the powers off by itself, afterwards hold the power button for a few secs till it vibrates again to power on.

Anyway, you are no longer on safe mode, so your problem its solved, as for the icons on your homescreen perhaps you have reset the phone

Yes this was the closest thing to a resolution . My phone was out of Safe Mode,however no longer had most of the configuration I had already done such as , apps in folders on the home screen. So i had to configure it from scratch

Hi, I've got the same problem. Already did the power and volume up, did an complete reset of the phone, even used the red button next to the simcard. Nothing is working, I work in a phone store and non of my colleges had success either
