Xperia Z display problems

Hey everyone!
My phone fell down a few hours ago and since then I can't use my phone after a phone call. If I do not answer a call, everything works as it should.

So after a call it looks like my screen is locked, leds blink (when i recieve a message) but I can't unlock my screen. I have to turn off my phone (power button and vol up button for 10 seconds) and on again to make it work.
The rest works as it should.
Has anyone of you any ideas?

So you cannot unlock the screen? You can use a usb otg cable and connect a mouse and a keyboard.

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

In this case it sounds although you have damaged a component from within the device that is causing issues.

For a complete resolution, I can only suggest that you contact Sony Mobile customer care and arrange for the handset to be checked by a service agent. See my signature for contact details.

I am using Xperia Z
After a reboot it screen looks like this as shown in pics
Please give my any solution as soon as possible

hi my xperia z the image start to show like the picture bellow i did the pc compenion but didn´t work ,which could be the problem,thank you
