    <description>I fully sympathize with you, i had sms issues and incall issues with z1 also, i have static issues with Z2 now, not worth sending to repair, they will tell you nothing is wrong, i also have issue with the volume of messages coming thru, i set it to full volume, select a very loud message tone, then when i get a message i barely hear it, there are plenty of bugs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have had Sony phones since k800i, its been tough, but i want to stick with them, they have got a whole lot better.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Gotta wait for a firmware update&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <title>Echo issues during phone call</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The receivers always hear an echo from my phone, and the soud quality is bad.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to change all the sound settings available, nothing works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone had same issue already ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I havet The same problem. The reciever gets a lot of echo with a 1s delay. I havet tried to change the noise reduction, change mobile data to GSM, repair the software, and tried with another sim-card. The problem remains.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Other than the advice above, if you have a case on the handset it is often worth taking that off to test as well.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Solution:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hade the echo problem and tried to fix this as described earlier in this topic without any sucess. However, I had to return the phone to my moblie operator and got a brand new one in return. The problem is solved - no echo problem remains.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having same issues. I am hearing buzzing/static in the background and callers complain of unclear line and echo. Stuck my sim in a galaxy s5 and call was perfect, its the handset. Got a replacement from three at the local shop I purchased the phone from and same issues remain. Tried everything and its still not working. Embarassing that I also have a 5 year old phone lying spare that has better call quality....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, half of the time my camera shuts down when taking photos as the phone is overheating. Pretty dissapointed, I had a faulty z1 compact a few weeks ago which was finally changed for a working one and now I am having issues with a Z2. Might stick back to Samsung if this can't get sorted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
