Hello guys...help me to solve my problem.

My microphone is not function well during a call...but when i try to diagnose in setting menu...it's work perfectly...i don't know what the problem is...PLEASE HELP ME

Could you test the phone in safe mode (boot in safe mode > make a call )

And you are making regular calls with the preinstalled phone app or a third party app?

Hi @Jay00, sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried changing the network mode in your device and made a few calls? If you haven't done that, I'd recommend doing that, just to make sure that this is not caused by the network.

You can change the network mode in Settings > More > Mobile networks > Preferred network type > GSM Only. Try making a few calls now and see if the microphone works correctly.

I have the same problem. No one found solution for this yet .This over 1 year now. Mic echo is slow during calls but when turn on loudspeaker it's work perfectly.

Please give a solution for this quickly.

Have you had the chance to try the previous troubleshooting that I have posted in this thread? If you haven't done that, do that to start with and report back with how it went!

If you have already tried performing a software repair using Xperia Companion as well, your device will need to be examined by a trained technician at one of our authorized service centres. Your Local support team will assist you further with this and answer any questions you may have regarding warranty, local service routines and consumer laws.

Yes I tried Sony pc companion but nothing changed. Thank you for your instructions and sure I will send it to repair but afterall I have to try all methods again. 😉
