Each time I start it up, it shows the purple moving silk wave then it after half an hour it turns itself off and restarts and does this over and over until the battery 0% .

I don't know what to do, I already emailed Sony, a man at a phone store reckons I may have a virus on my phone but then a taxi driver says it's the internet doing it. I'm so confused right now!

I Googled "My Xperia Z2 won't switch on" and it suggests to press the off & volume buttons at the same time then it mentioned pulling on a red button where the sim card and USB port is.

I tried both but nothing has worked!

All my photos, apps, everything is on that phone!
