This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/backup+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/Xperia_Companion_Backup_Restore" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="192-1"&gt;backup using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;, but preferably without adding apps or settings to the backup.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>UI error..  Then have to restart.. Constantly</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Random times the phone has a UI error. Phone has to restart a minimum of 5 to 10 times a day. Can't answer call when having a error... Frustrating&lt;/P&gt;</description>
