      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot tell you if its possible to make a full diagnostic in the official local service center, but I recomend to you make a factory reset, If the phone is really hacked the hacker may lose the access when you do that, or you can go to the Xperia Companion and try to repair the software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>
