XZ Premium won't turn on - PLEASE HELP!

hi everybody,

I left my phone charging in the night(it was on) and when i came to take it in the morning (it was off)... i tried to turn it on but it didn't turn on!

(IM USING ORIGINAL SONY CHARGER AND USB THAT CAME WITH IT)

when I plug it in to a charger the LED turns green (that means that the battery is at 90% or above)

i tried power and volume up (hard reset) but it didn't work!
when i connected to my computer it wasn't detected....(tried all USB ports)
Also, i tried to enter Flashmode and Fastboot mode.. and none of them worked!
Xperia companion didn't detect it....
I tried to turn it on several times but it didn't work!
i even tried all buttons combination (power, both volumes ) all together, and nothing worked!

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

please anyone have an idea or any suggestion that might help!

Hi @iBoss;

Have you tried the 2 minute forced restart?

To force a 2-minute restart

Press and hold down both the volume up key and the power key for 120 seconds, ignoring any vibrations.
Release the keys. The device turns off automatically.
Charge the device until a charging icon appears on the screen.
Turn on your Xperia™ device.

Worked brilliant for me thank you.

I had no response from charging, holding down the power button or anything. It was 50percent charged before it went dead. 120 second method di the trick, thanks again

I have the same issue, i talked to sony support but they have done nothing to help me at all.

My Sony Xperia XZ Premium just shut down and won't start. Is it software or hardware problems?

I have the same problem. I left the phone on 80% battery and went to sleep. When i woke up i cat turn on my phone. Long reset does nothing. All i get is white led light flashing in intervals. How do i start my phone l, i tried changing and it didn't help
