downloading videos using chrome

I have been downloading videos or music through the built in internet app of samsung and now i am using sony.

My problem is that whenever i try to download a video using my sony phone and close the chrome app or turn my screen off my download stops.

I have searched for solutions and all it tells me is that i have to turn off the restrict background data, problem is i cannot find it in the settings.

Settings > Data usage > three dots in the top right > Restrict app background data. Hope this helps.

i tried it before but it only shows network restrictions and help

1)mb stamina turn off data

2)mb u have clean master or other useless "cleaner" apps
