Music stopping on Xperia xa

Hi have music on my phone but it keeps stopping after about 30 seconds but can't find how to solve the problem.

Hi @AM56, sorry to hear about that and sorry for the late reply.

Does this occur with all applications that you use to play music or does it only occur in a certain application?

I would also like to know if you are using a Bluetooth headset, a pair of wired headphones or if you play the music in the inbuilt speaker in the phone.

I'd recommend that you start with rebooting your phone in safe mode so we can see if a third party application is the cause of this. While the phone is rebooted in safe mode, try to either play some music that you have stored on the internal storage of your phone or by using the YouTube application!

Hi thanks went in to EE shop and they did a factory reset and that sorted it.
