Call suddenly freezes

Hello forum,

I am owner of xperia XA for two weeks now and I have the following problem. Sometimes while I am on a call I suddenly stop hearing the other person on the line whereas he is still hearing me. I have to end the call and make a new one.Any suggestions?

Many people facing this issue but sony does not give correct solution for this problem.

The same issue I m facing from a month... D phone was submitted to service center for d same complain... Even after I got d phone D issue remains the same...
