I am a Sony fan but XA is a worst phone from sony

Low sound

Poor battery

Network problem

Etc.

Totally I don't like it

if you believe that you are experiencing issues from this device, contact your Local support to get it inspected.

To give even more value to what @uliwooly just said, you could also post here what are the real issues you are facing, we may find a solution for it as the XA is for sure a midrange but not a poor one.
