Can't power on my device

My device won't turn on , I can charge it but it won't open !!

It has been 17 hours since I used my phone .

I'm dying help.

Hi @Needhelp2, sorry to hear about this.

Do you know which phone model you have? In most of our models, you can press and hold the power button and volume up at the same time for around 10 seconds and the device will force a restart.

I have Xperia Xa Ultra I tried doing that many times But still it won't open properly.

Hi again @Needhelp2,

Remove the SIM and/or SD cards from the device and start it up again. If it still gets stuck in a bootloop, perform a software repair using Xperia Companion, but keep in mind that all data stored on the internal storage will be deleted when performing the repair.

That is awesome news and makes me really happy!

@Omar_rdz9, does your device not turn on, or does it start up but is stuck on the boot screen? If it is stuck, try performing the software repair that I suggested earlier in this thread.

If the device does not start up, press and hold the volume up and power button for 10 seconds or 120 seconds in case the 10 seconds restart does not help.
