For example, is the network coverage only worse in certain areas, are you not able to get a network connection at all, can you not get a 4G connection but 3G works fine?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A good place to start is to get in touch with the operator and see if they have any ongoing cases with network coverage where you are situated. You can also try with a different/new SIM card as&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/202"&gt;@uliwooly&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;mentioned as you have experienced this three times in 6 months.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know if there is any change with a different/new SIM card and if you could elaborate a bit, that would be very helpful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
