Bluetooth doesnt work

My bluetooth doesn't work, apear a message on the sreen. How to fix?

Try this first:

Goto settings-> search for reset-> reset network settings.

Another approach is:

Settings -> apps & notifications -> 3 dots-> show system-> find bluetooth-> go storage-> clear cache & clear data

Perform both response options and none worked, it still fails.

Did you do the Bluetooth test in the support app to see if it should work?
