Hi @SID9369, welcome to our forum!

The Xperia XA1 Plus supports VoLTE, but there are other requirements that needs to be fulfilled for you to be able to use it.

your operator and subscription (incl. SIM card) must support VoLTE for the device model you're using.
depending on operator, your phone must sometimes be operator-branded and/or use operator-customised system software.
your phone must be in range of an LTE/4G network.

For more information regarding this, please contact your operator.

Regarding the Jio SIM is not supported, do you mean that the SIM card is not detected in the device?

Let me know a bit more about the second SIM card!

Try these

1) first check your jio SIM in other mobile that it is having some network(to check that your sim card is working properly)

2) insert it alone in your handset (remove other sim card)

3) try jio sim in both sim slot one by one

Do you use Jio SIM yourself? I see quite a lot of posts about this and I have managed to figure out that it's a very big operator in India, but everyone is always asking about VoLTE. Does Jio only support 4G and not 3G/2G?

Yes i use jio simcard and it supports only indian 4g/LTE network for internet and VoLTE (Voice Over Long Term Evolution) for calling.

Oh I see. Now it makes a lot more sense and now I understand why VoLTE is such a big deal, as you can't make any phone calls with Jio, unless this is supported.

That in my eyes would mean that Jio would be extremely motivated to make sure that they support VoLTE for as many models as possible, since their customers won't be able to make calls without this.
