    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1265585"&gt;@Grzechu54&lt;/A&gt;, sorry to hear about what has happened. &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.sk/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's very hard to say exactly what has happened and only a technician can will examine the device will be able to say what is broken.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The device seems to be starting up at least since you can see the Sony logo, so you can try and &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair-with-Xperia-Companion/m-p/1103057" target="_self"&gt;perform a software repair&lt;/A&gt; using Xperia Companion and see if it helps after the software has been reinstalled.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Keep in mind that this will delete all data stored on the internal storage and since the device can't be booted up, our program is not able to backup any data.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you still experience the same error when trying to start the device, get in touch with your &lt;A href="https://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Local support team&lt;/A&gt; and they will arrange a repair for you so the device can be examined.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if that helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After fell down on the ground I can't start my phone. Outside I don't see any damage. On view is logo Sony and after that phone no starting. What was breaking?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
