Also,&amp;nbsp;does this error message appear during a specific kind of use or does this happen randomly?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The main thing that I would advise you to do is to reboot your phone in safe mode to see if the error message appears there as well.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi thanks. I tried to run my phone on safe mode for an hour and when I deactivate the safe mode the issue never occurred again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
