Primarily I would suggest that you try to repair the <A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair-with-Xperia-Companion/m-p/1103057" target="_self">software on the phone using Xperia Companion</A> and a computer.
