I encounter a problem with Sony Experia UA2 Ultra cannot detect Sony WI-C400 headphone via bluetooth, any solution?

Can you pair other Bluetooth accessories with your device? Most Bluetooth accessories has a pairing mode that the accessory has to be in, in order for a device to find it.

It can only be that the accessory can only be paired to one device at the time and it needs to be reset when you want to pair it with a new one.

The Sony WI-C400 headset is not supported at this forum since it's a product from Sony Electronics so I would recommend that you get in touch with them first and they can explain the pairing mode and if the headset needs to be reset when pairing it with a different device.
