Can't recieve calls and sms xperia xa ultra

Few days ago i started not recieving calls and sms.. I've tried everything from taking out the Sim card to switching off my phone.. Then i also tried turning on the airplane mode.. Nithing happens.. It frustrating because its been few days.. What to do please help.. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Lysor, sorry to hear about this.

If you have a PIN code for the SIM card, are you promoted to enter this one when restarting the device? If you have one and you are asked to enter it, the SIM card is detected by the device at least.

Have you tried contacting your operator and checked if they can see anything on their end?

If you have a different SIM card that you can try or borrow one from a friend, colleague or family member and see if you can receive calls with their SIM card in your device, that is also a good test to do, just so we can see if it is the device acting up or it has something to do with your SIM card/subscription.

Hi good day.. Thanks for the reply and suggestions.. I resolve it already.. I calked the network service iam in and it's 2g to 4g problems network.. They explained it already to me what to do.. Thanks a lot. God bless ☺️
