Hi @Ohb, welcome to our forum!

To start with, would it be possible for you to get to me with which phone model you have? I can see that it's running Android Pie since the clock is the to the left in the status bar. You can find the phone model in Settings > System > About phone.

Are you using a third party application to move data to your SD card, if you are, what kind of data are you trying to move? I haven't seen that pop-up message before and in the background there is an ad.

Hi again @Ohb and thank you for the information.

I have moved the thread to the Xperia XA2 board now.

The Xperia XA2-series does not support moving apps to an SD card, that is why it's not working. The error message that occurs must be from some third party application that isn't able to find the "Endre" button which is the one you use to move apps to an SD card in devices that supports it.

Are you able to move other data to the SD card, such as photos? If you have some on the internal storage you can go to Settings > Storage > Transfer data to SD card.
