Hi, I think I have a phone virus... I keep getting lots of pop up ads like never before and a new Google tab saying cse support...

Have tried to look up how to get rid but it's not working!

Any advice please?

it's probably an app acting up, boot in safe mode

If you don't experience the same issues then it is an app that you've installed at one point, you have to uninstall one by one until you find the culprit

Hi @Bubbles24, sorry to hear that.

Do these pop up ads only appear when you are using the web browser in your device or do they appear when you are using the device normally, such as sending a text message, using applications?

If they only appear when using the web browser, open up Google Chrome and tap the little square with a number inside of it to the right of the address bar > tap the three dots > Close all tabs.

Are the ads appearing outside of using the web browser, follow the suggestion that @uliwooly wrote!
