I'm not quite sure that I understand your inquiry completely. Do you not receive any media sound through the speakers in the device, but it works when you connect a headset?

If that is the case, do you hear incoming calls and notifications when you don't have a headset connected?

Maybe your phone plug doesn't disconnect after unplugging the headphones or there is dust inside.

You can run tests by opening the Support app on your device.

Try that first and let us know what was the solution for you.
