RIght Pasword dosen't unlock the my celphone

Whene i Try to unlock my pasword via Patterns the screens go black and return to the blocked screen.

The pasword is right. If i try to add anotherone it says that is wrong. The problem just occures with the right one.

I Tryed to unlock my cellphone using my thingers it works.

I tryed to go to the configs to turn off the patterns but whene i try to do so it asks me to conirm my pattern, if i do so it frezzes the screen or give me a the app stop working error.

What can i do??

That's quite odd, the first thing you could try is to restart the phone, if that doesn't work then boot in >>> safe mode and see if you experience the same issue.

Hi @ClaudiaColussi, and welcome to the support forum!

As @uliwooly mentioned it is a rather odd behaviour. Try safe mode and see if you are able to change/turn off the pattern there. If that does not work, I believe that the best thing to do is to repair the software using Xperia Companion and a computer. Keep in mind though that a software repair will also erase all user data from the phone, so it is advised to do a backup before the repair to avoid data loss.
