    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1262420"&gt;@Alfie4&lt;/A&gt;, sorry for the late reply.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your device has the Google Phone app and not the Xperia phone app, this behaviour will be fixed in a new update for the application that will be released and available in the Google Play store around October 21-25, so keep an eye out there.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the phone application icon is blue and the phone inside of it is white, you have the Google phone app.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if that helps! &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.sk/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Received missed call on my Sony xperia xa2, but the notification dot will not disappear, even though I have switched off and rebooted. I've also called my number to make it disappear to no avail. I have been advised its something to do with clearing cache, which I gave tried and still been unsuccessful. Can anyone help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
