No sound from speaker

El problema esque estaba normalmente jugando un videojuego, hasta que el sonido ya no se escuchaba, pense que era algun bug del juego y no lo tome en cuenta, pero al salir y ver videos, y entre otras cosas, tampoco se escuchaba nada...
~~Con los audifonos puestos ahi si se escucha, pero el altavoz no....~~
~~Me di cuenta que solo se escuchan las alarmas, y no le encuentro sentido de porque solo las alarmas se escuchan, y todo lo demas no...~~

Just to make sure that you have not enabled a do not disturb mode, is there any change if you press and hold the volume up button for a few seconds? You can also just do a normal restart of the device.

If there is no change, go to Settings > Support > Xperia tests (bottom right corner) > Microphone and speakers. Do you hear anything in this test?

Yeah, in the test it will sound like a beep so at least the speakers are working.

What if you restart your device in safe mode and watch a YouTube video, do you hear any sound? This will let us know if a downloaded application is the cause of this or not as they are temporarily disabled in this mode.

Hi again and sorry to hear that there was no change.

Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > App info > tap the three dots in the top right corner > Show system. Scroll down and find "Audio settings" > Storage > Clear data > OK. Restart the device and test again.

If it still doesn't work, try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion, but remember to backup your data as the software repair will delete all data stored on the internal storage.
