@Hemanthpatel you can try gravity app from google play, see if it works for you. Another possibility is via ADB, but you need a computer and USB cable.

Hi @Hemanthpatel, sorry to hear about this.

In addition to what @alexdon mentioned, you may also try to take out the SIM card as taking out the SIM triggers a reboot of the device.

If the power key still do not work after a reboot, I would recommend that you have the phone sent to an authorized service center. For further instructions on how to do this and information regarding warranty and consumer laws, please contact your local support team.

Thank u, removing Sim did work. Also I found an option in Sony support app to restart the phone
