Xperia Lounge was discontinued at the end of August 2019, that is why the application is blank and there is no longer any competitions and so forth available.

Regarding the media volume, this is the default behaviour in Android Pie since Google changed it from how it worked previously where it was the ring volume that was controlled to it being the media volume that is controlled when adjusting the volume with the volume keys.
