Hello,

With each new update, my device freezes and the "close application" warning is displayed until the next update. I close all applications, but it freezes again and warns me again. I see this situation 200 times a day.

I would like your help with this. Because I love my phone.

Good work.

Hi @Utkuhamamci, let me see if I can help out here!

Does these freezes happen in a specific app or does it happen for all apps including pre-loaded ones? Have you checked for available updates in Play Store for the affected apps? Find and open Play Store > Tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner > Tap "My apps and games".

Another thing that you can do is to clear data for the apps that are malfunctioning. This will reset all settings for the app in question which might do the trick. Find and tap Settings > Apps & notifications > Tap the name of the app > Storage > Clear data > Tap "OK" > Restart the phone.

Try these measures and let me know how it goes!

Hi Martin,

Firstly thank you for your interest. The problem of freezing occurs when using it routinely without opening an application. I close all running applications, but again I have the same problem. Previously I had the same problem. I reset the device, install the updates and again encounter the same problem. I couldn't find a solution.

Thank you.

Hello, Martin,

It's been a long time. I'm sorry I'm going to post a late reply before my job. By the way, I was testing the device. As for what I have set up, I have reset my device and made the adjustment from the computer interface. I'm not having any freezing problems right now. It was probably an application but I couldn't find it. Thank you very much for your help. Thanks to you, my device is fine.

Take care.
