After the recent update, my Xperia XA 2 Plus has started to work even worse than it was before. The fingerprint scanner slows down, the camera makes worse photos, etc. And yes, the vibration has gone. Looks like Sony is completely overwhelmed by some suicidal thoughts. Its primary goal is to eliminate Xperia. Not even going to ask you to fix anything.

A few years ago I had an xperia z1, the experience was unbeatable, for that reason I bought a sony again, but this time with my xperia xa2 plus the experience is being disastrous. Two weeks ago I realized that I had a security update from December 1, 2018. I contacted the customer service and they did not give me an immediate response, they gave me the impression that they were lost, it is as if they knew nothing about.

Miraculously and after having contacted the store where I bought it, the update arrived on October 12. The device updated its security patches on August 1 and I have an obvious malfunction of the fingerprint reader, slow and inaccurate, the camera takes pictures worse than before, the screen gets too dark at times and it takes too long to adapt the conditions of light.
For the same price there is the pixel 3a by google, I am convinced that the next time I buy a terminal it will NOT be of the SONY brand and I think it will never be more.
