Try cleaning Facebook cache and data in Phone Settings > apps & notifications > app info > facebook > storage

Antivirus is necessary for every kind of devices, as it detects all malicious sites, files etc and protect our devices

By learning the problem I would recommend you to factory setting the mobile phone, otherwise there are multiple cleaners or multiple antiviruses for the mobile and so clear master would properly protect your mobile. I earlier faced this same issue, however, facebook has helped me to find out the necessary information about the required antivirus for the phone.
