A same apps shows different in other brands phones

My device is xperia XA dual. I have also have Samsung j7. Two phones are same OS 6.0. In Samsung j7

Facebook lite and Gmail apps shows notifications of unread messages in apps icon. But Sony does not show.

Next I had installed an same app called expense manager in two phones. In that app there is an icon to select the contacts. Samsung, lenovo and many other brands shows the icon correctly. But the only brand sony does not shows that icon. Even my previous E4g has also same problem.

App developer clearly says it is Sony bug.

Finnaly volte the same sim card works fine in Samsung j7 by volte. Sony xperia does not.

Please fix it.
