Xperia xa Android can't open back to get battery out

Can't get battery out and ruined screen trying to do so. It's now cracked but still able to operate phone.

Im experienced with opening phones but some reason I can't open it. Anyone help I'd be grateful.

I'm sorry to hear this has happened The Xperia XA is a sealed unit, so you can't remove the battery from the phone yourself. In this case, we suggest that you contact Customer Care within your region directly, they will be able to help provide details of a repair agent who can repair this type of damage.

I am sorry to say that this type of damage would be classed as physical damage and not covered under the warranty, however speaking with your local Customer Care team will provide more insight.
